Sewer Connection

Process:

  1. Submit application to the Customer Service Desk or apply online (Water account number, CID number, phone number, attached Valid OC)
  2. Your application will be forwarded to Sewer Section Head
  3. Assign the task to an Sewer Engineer
  4. Inform the applicant about the site visit and make appointment
  5. After site verification, Sewer engineer will upload site visit report
  6. With a site report, the Sewer Engineer will check for right off way. If there is no right of way then the application will forward to the Urban Planner for creating the right of way and it will be sent back to the concerned sewer Engineer.
  7. Sewer Engineer will check  whether there is require road cutting or not, if there is no road cutting, Sewer Engineer will approved or if there is  road cutting, follow Approval for road cutting, footpath cutting, drainage cutting of road service
  8. Update payment information

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

  • Water account number and CID number of the plot owner.

  1. Nu. 3000 for New Sewer Connection
  2. Cost of Road cutting, Labor charges, pipe charges have to bear by the applicant
  3. Only Technical support advisor will be provided by Sewer Section
