a) New Connection process:
- Applicant will submit application to CSD
- CSD will forward to Engineer
- Engineers verify whether there is required road cutting or not, if yes then application will forward to road Engineer, if no application will be forwarded to CSD for payment update.
- Road Engineer will verify and approve and forward to CSD
- CSD will update the payment and close the application.

b) Connection shifting (pipe LIne shifting) process
- Applicant will submit application to CSD
- CSD will forward to Engineer

- CSD will update the payment and close the application.

d) Reconnection process
- Submit application to CSD and check water bill balance in the system
- CSD will update the payment(Service fees)
- Close the application

- Customer must know their plot no. and CID

c) disconnetion process
- Submit application to CSD
- CSD will inform the Site person and close the application as per the report from site person
e) upgrade / downsizing of connection process
- Submit application to CSD
- CSD will update the payment.
- Close the system
